Meet The Team

Donnie has about twenty-six (26) years of experience in the construction and building maintenance industry. He is the "DB" in DB Home Improvement. Donnie gained his hands-on experience by working with reputable multi-housing community developers and property managers in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Donnie's experience is a true asset to the growing DB Home Improvement.

When his schedule allows, Donnie personally meets with clients for initial consultations. Professional, practical, and never without a smile, Donnie is the lead you need for your project.

Raisa has eight (8) years of experience as a Paralegal professional, with a background working in various areas of law at  private law firms in Maryland and District of Columbia. Raisa is also a graduate of Arizona State University School of Law where she obtained her Master of Legal Studies degree with a concentration in Construction Law.

Raisa is an asset to DB Home Improvement, contributing her knowledge of law to ensure that DB Home Improvement abides all rules, laws, procedures and regulations. Raisa personally meets with each client for consultations and coordinates projects accordingly from inception to completion. Raisa's efforts to go above and beyond for our clients are praised on a consistent basis.
